By participating in the e-Pocket Referral Campaign (“Campaign”), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:
Eligibility: The Campaign is open to existing e-Pocket customers who have successfully generated a unique referral promo code through the e-Pocket website. Referred friends must be new customers who do not already have an existing e-Pocket account.
How to Participate: To participate, users must request and receive a unique referral promo code via the official e-Pocket website referral page. The promo code must be shared with a friend, who must then use it during the sign-up process for a new e-Pocket account. The referred friend must make a successful transfer of at least AUD $350 to qualify.
Referral Reward: Once the referred friend completes a qualifying transfer (minimum AUD $350), the referrer will receive AUD $50 credited to their e-Pocket account. Rewards will be processed within 2 business days after the qualifying transaction is verified. There is no limit to the number of friends a user can refer, but rewards may be capped or subject to review in the case of suspected abuse.
Limitations and Conditions: Self-referrals, including referring yourself or creating multiple accounts, are strictly prohibited.
Referrals involving spouses, partners, co‑habitants or other closely related parties may be treated as ineligible where there are signs of artificial reward generation.
The referrer cannot be the recipient of the monetary transfer made by the referred friend using their referral code.
Any transaction that directly or indirectly returns funds to the referrer, or appears primarily aimed at obtaining the reward, may be deemed non-qualifying.
e-Pocket may delay, refuse or cancel rewards, and exclude customers from the Campaign, at its sole discretion in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, related‑party schemes or other violations of these terms.
e-Pocket may also set or change individual limits on the number of referrals and total rewards per customer without prior notice.
The referred friend must complete the transfer within 7 days of account activation to be eligible.
Campaign Changes and Termination: e-Pocket reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Referral Campaign at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately and reflected on the e-Pocket website.
