Eligibility

This promotional offer is available to new users who open an e-Pocket account and new users who have started but not yet completed the setup of their e-Pocket account. New users must complete their account setup and successfully complete their identity verification (KYC) within the promotional period to be eligible for the $20 bonus.

How to Qualify

To receive the $20 AUD bonus, eligible users must:

1. Complete identity verification (KYC).

2. Make a single transfer of $200 AUD or more using their e-Pocket account within 14 days of receiving the offer.

3. Email the promo code EPOCKET20 to support@e-pocket.com.au or enter the promo code EPOCKET20 into the promo code section during the account creation process.

Bonus Delivery

1. The $20 AUD bonus will be added as a credit to the customer’s e-Pocket account after the qualifying transaction has been completed and the promo code has been submitted.

2. The bonus will be applied within 5 business days following confirmation of eligibility.

General Conditions

1. Offer is limited to one bonus per customer.

2. The promo code EPOCKET20 must be submitted via email or during the account creation process and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts or promotional offers.

3. This offer is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and has no cash alternative.

5. Promotional credits cannot be withdrawn and can only be transferred overseas.
