If your transfer is successfully cancelled, the funds will be credited back into your e-Pocket wallet.
It usually takes up to 1-2 business days for a refund to be credited back to your e-Pocket wallet after we have cancelled the transaction.
Once a transfer has been completed or received by the recipient, it cannot be cancelled. It's crucial to verify the details and review your transfer carefully before confirming it.
