When will the funds be deposited into my e-Pocket wallet?

We will endeavour to credit your account as soon as possible. However, please allow up to 24 hours for the funds to reach your e-Pocket wallet.

Can I set up automatic deposits through bank transfer?

Right now, you can't set up automatic deposits, but we're working on adding this feature. It will be available on our platform soon.

Is it safe to use bank transfer to add funds to my e-Pocket wallet?

Yes, transactions via bank transfer are entirely secure. The platform uses encryption and security measures to protect your financial information.

Can I transfer funds from my e-Pocket wallet to someone else's e-Pocket wallet as a recipient?

Yes, you can. Once funds are in your e-Pocket wallet, you can easily transfer them to another e-Pocket user's wallet, with them serving as the recipient.

What happens if I accidentally enter the wrong bank details when depositing funds?

It's crucial to double-check the information before making a deposit. If you enter incorrect details, contact your bank's customer support to cancel the transaction.

Are there any limits on the amount I can deposit using these methods?

How do I send money overseas using my debit or credit card with e-Pocket?

To send money with your card, just start a transfer as usual in the e-Pocket app or website. When you enter the ‘Send money’ section, you can now choose the new Card option next to your e-Wallet. From here, the process is very intuitive. But you can always call us on 03 9125 8547 for any assistance.

Is it safe to send money internationally with a debit or credit card?

Yes. e-Pocket uses encrypted card processing and secure payment systems to protect your information at every step. Every transaction you make is backed by our trusted payment providers.

What types of cards can I use to send money through e-Pocket?

You can use most Australian-issued debit and credit cards. As long as your card allows online purchases, you’re good to go.

How fast is a card transfer compared to a bank transfer?

Card payments are often processed instantly, so your money gets moving right away. It’s the fastest way to send money when time matters.

What should I do if my card is declined during a transfer?
